·         9:30  AM Officers and Helpers arrive to set-up

·         11:30 AM Lunch

·         12:30 Business Meeting

·         Members please bring a side dish and soft drink

·         Jeanne & Chuck responsible for Chicken

·         Eleanor and Eileen responsible for Rolls, butter, cold cuts, cheese, etc.
